Instead of glossy 95% I got matte 60%, and instead of 2760QM I got the 2670QM. How does this happen?? Should I just ask for a refund and end it now? How quick is the turnaround time for a replacement?
Update: Malibal customer service was prompt and professional. I was told their system would be updated to prevent this from happening in the future, and I should have a replacement laptop within a week![]()
