This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Malibal sent wrong screen and CPU :(

    Instead of glossy 95% I got matte 60%, and instead of 2760QM I got the 2670QM. How does this happen?? Should I just ask for a refund and end it now? How quick is the turnaround time for a replacement?

    Update: Malibal customer service was prompt and professional. I was told their system would be updated to prevent this from happening in the future, and I should have a replacement laptop within a week :)
