I guess I'll make a thread here to document my experience so far. This is simply going to be a statement of what has occurred thus far, and I'll give my opinion on the entire experience once I've received my notebook, so expect edits/updates along the way!
I live in Canada and decided that I was going to use a Canadian reseller to make my purchase, due to the fact that our dollar is so low right now as well as not needing to worry about paying import taxes/duty/etc during the shipping process.
After talking to Eurocom and pricing out a machine on their site, I decided that I'd rather go with Reflex Notebook as the upgrades were cheaper on their site, meaning I could order the exact configuration I wanted and not have to add things afterward myself. They also have all of the shipping built into their costs which added to the affordability of using them. I have decided to get the Sager 8657-S (Eurocom Sky MX5 equivalent). This machine has the i7-6700HQ, GTX970m 3GB, 16GB 2133MHz RAM (2x8GB), 250GB Samsung EVO M.2 SSD, 1TB 7200rpm HDD, 15.6" 1920x1080 IPS Matte screen (no G-Sync).
March 16, 2016:
I place my order on Reflexnotebook.ca. Since I live in a rural area and have all of my mail go to a PO Box, I had to enter a family member's street address for delivery. I called my credit card company and added the address to my file, but it appears they don't communicate well and Reflex Notebook was not able to confirm the deliver address with them (after calling them a couple of times). This cause my order not to process as Reflex Notebook won't ship to unverified address as a means of fraud prevention.
March 17, 2016:
I e-transfer the money to Reflex Notebook (also getting me a 2% cash discount - yay!). Receive confirmation that afternoon that payment was received.
March 18, 2016:
I get an email from Reflex Notebook letting me know that I will get a build confirmation email in about 10 business days.
April 4, 2016:
I receive a build confirmation email. Attached is a document indicating all of the components to be installed into the system. I have to respond confirming that this is correct before Sager will ship the unit to me. In the email it is stated that I will get a tracking number in approximately 4 business days.

JS notifies me via this site that he has update my account with tracking information.
April 19, 2016
Notebook arrives at 10:00pm (!) via UPS courier. Getting it set up now, but everything appears to be in order. I'm leaving for a week tonight and will be taking the notebook with me so I'll get to test it nicely.
JS (the rep I'm dealing with at Reflex Notebook) has been good at getting back to me in a prompt manner. I do wish, however, that their site had a method of notifying me when there are order issues or when my order had shipped. The only way to find this out was to log into my account. Never once did I receive a notification email about my order. All in all, I got the product I was after, and ordered with Reflex after having read reviews which had me expecting ~4 weeks to get my machine.
Thanks JS and Reflex; I hope to be using this machine for a good long time!

Hi bisklimpkit, We do send out notifications when the unit is placed into building and when it ships. It's possible they went to your spam box.
Cheers
