If i have to describe my experience with Reflexnotebook with 1 word, "Fantastic" !

The customer service is pretty good, NovaH and Mark answered to all the question i asked and i even had some fun talks with Mark.

I will probably come back there if I need more things.
I recommend Reflexnotebook if you're from Canada or if you're someone that has trouble to talk English and would like to deal in French instead, you won't regret it.

They answer to emails only during the week ( this is the case with Mark ), not sure about NovaH but he lurks around these forums so that's a plus for us customers.

I'm really glad that my friend pointed me to them since they helped me a lot since it was my first online purchase with delivery.

And received my NP9170 Yesterday !

In big, i am very happy dealing with them ! Once again i recommend them if you're from Canada or a French talker lol.

Did ReflexNotebook provided the discounts other resellers are providing if you have upgrades beyond $1500 and free shipping? Could find info for it while I looked, but I don't live in CA either. Just curious.

If I'm not mistaken, ReflexNotebook already provide free shipping if you're in Canada (or maybe only Qc)? Even if I didnt make my purchase yet, I can also say that Mark took the time to answer all my questions when I called them up last week. If the price is right, I will be dealing with them.

Yes indeed, Mark was excellent to deal with. I was gonna buy an Asus G73 from Memory Express but he convinced me to buy a Sager 8170 instead. As I had to leave Canada soon, he was able to expedite the building time and shipping (used 3 day UPS Express but arrived in 2)! Highly recommended to all Canadians interested in buying a Sager.
