I live in the middle east, so I always dreaded buying a laptop and have it shipped internationally. Especially since I won't have much choice if something comes up. Shipping a laptop back to the US for repairs costs a few hundred dollars! I really liked the fact that Mythlogic does their testing in-house. So in the past year I've bought one laptop and one PC for my family from them. The experience was really great. They were very supportive with my e-mails, chats, order changes and even a couple of cancellations at the beginning.

A couple of months ago I decided to get myself a P570wm (Nyx 5713) with all the bells and whistles (GPU:2x780m, RAM:32GB, CPU:i7-3930k). Again, the experience was great. What I really loved was that I got an e-mail from Josh right before my laptop shipped that they have the BIOS for the new Ivy Bridge-e, and if I'd like, they would put that in instead. So of course I said go for it, and got upgraded to the 4930k. They really care about their customers, and to me, that's the most important point.

A couple of weeks later and now I have my precious! It's gorgeous.

Mythlogic, you have a customer for life!
