Just creating a post to inform anybody that is interested in buying a high performance laptop in the form of a Clevo Chassis, especially in Europe (I believe they ship to the US also), to check out Obsidian-pc. They are based in Portugal. My pre-sale experience with them has been some of the best customer support i have ever received. I was interested in buying an extreme workstation/desktop replacement for music production and decided to choose the Clevo P775TM1 chassis that they provide. Not only were they extremely knowledgeable in every area regarding components, ram types, software, bios, performance tweaks, etc, they were also highly knowledgeable in what a music producers requirements would be (stability, low DPC latency, reccommended SSD layouts, what not to do, etc). Not only that, but their tech genius (john@obsidian) is also developing his own app that tackles some of the drawbacks of DPC latency, an app to lower it and eliminate conflicting processes I believe. Fantastic! Not to mention that they are some of the nicest people I've dealt with via live chat/email. Due to my purchase being expensive there were times that I was being indecisive, extra cautious, repeating questions. They stayed on the line the whole time and helped. There even came a point where I was considering getting the laptop elsewhere as I thought it was going to work out cheaper (not really). Their level of honesty and commitment to ensuring that even their potential customers are treated well is really what makes this company so good to deal with.
Im not trying to bash any other of the resellsers, but Ive been in contact with every single one on my side of the pond (Europe, also some american resellers), and Obsidian has been the most accommodating, most knowledgeable and agreed to tailor the laptop to my request (delid the i9 9900k, specific ram brand, etc). In my opinion this is reselling/building done the right way. Emphasis on good customer relations, and thorough craftsmanship/detail. I cant wait until the delivery guy arrives. Ill be tenting in my front garden waiting haha.

I will update this when I receive the product but Im sure it will just be to add more positives to this already great experience.
Also I have rarely ever given reviews on a companies customer service, especially this long. They really are a great bunch.

UPDATE ON LAPTOP: My order arrived extremely well packaged. (A box within a box within another box lol, kind of like one of those russian dolls :D ) . Laptop looks great. I opted for the silver logo and it looks so good. It looks like a shiny brushed aluminium in person. The laptop is great and fast thanks to a combination of the delidded i9 9900k, 32gb of ram and 1.5TB of nvme drives. After sales support is very good aswell. They will help you with any of your concerns via live chat or by using the remote option to fix issues on your screen. The cinebench results were very good (just above 1900), putting it very close to having an actuall desktop. I opted for the 2060 and it seems to be enough for my needs. I didnt get this for gaming , however i can easly get very high frames on games like fortnite, apex, R6 Siege, Overwatch, etc. Have not tested any AAA game titles and probable wont ever as its not the purpose for this laptop.

Also there were no dead pixels on my screen.

They are very nice and patient with any concerns before and after the sales and for this reason alone, I would 100 percent recommend them. Plus they clearly offer better performance laptops then PC Specialist and SCAN 3XS Computers as i have seen tests and have been in contact with both of them and they dont even allow the customer to overclock and if they do they will void their warranty. Also PC Specialist cinebench score for the i9 9900k was between 200 and 300 points lower. Furthermore, they dont even have an unlocked bios and just use the standard clevo one. Obsidian on the other hand has a fully unlocked bios similar to the apparantly beloved prema bios, which will be great for the tech enthusiast.

To sum it up, if you live in the EU this 100 percent HAS to be your choice. If you live in Spain or Portugal you would be absolutely CRAZY not to buy from them. I live in Ireland and although it will cost me 50 Euro (2-way) to send it back and receive it, I have a lifetime labor warranty. Its still EU's best option and possibly even the US and other regions aswell. And id rather spend the 50 euro doing that then have bought the laptop from one of the other EU based reseller.
I may have left out some more praises but for now all I have to say is that I am happy I chose Obsidian.
