I would like to share my experience with Obsidian-PC since NBR-Forum helped me a lot in the past.

But first i want to apologize for my english as it isn't my main language. I hope that everything is "readable" :)

If not feel free to ask :)

I wanted to get a powerful yet "slim" Notebook (15,6") with a lot of storage and a good cooling system. That's where all clevos with desktop processors aren't an option, so the only Notebook that fulfill my Requirements is the P650RS.

I couldn't order anything from outside the EU because of the terrible tax costs.
The decisive reason why I went with Obsidian-PC was their Customer service.
But more on that later on.

    More reasons were:
no more dealing with the "lightbleed" especially on the P-Series
Lapping and polishing of the heatsinks (for better temps :) (mid ~60s°C with AIDA64 on the CPU without UV))
Thermal Paste replacement with Grizzly Kryonaut on CPU&GPU even the Pads been replaced
    Last but not least:
No lost Warranty if I change anything on the system. (Unlike some other shops...)

I've ordered my P650RS without RAM/SSD/HDDs, so my the specs are:

    i7-6820HK
    GTX 1070 8GB
    15,6" 1080p G-Sync Display
    German RGB Keyboard

I bought the RAM, SSDs and HDDs in my country because they were quite a bit cheaper here.
    I've used:
64GB of Corsair Vengence DDR4-3000 RAM
    1TB 960 PRO M.2 NVMe
    1TB 850 EVO M.2 SATA
    2x 2TB Seagate Firecuda 2,5" 7mm SSHDs.

I wasn't sure if I could use one NVMe SSD + one SATA SSD simultaneously.
Then I read on the P650 Owners Lounge that it would be possible but the drives weren't that cheap just to "try" it.
But @ John@OBSIDIAN-PC assured me that they would function properly in that configuration.

The first shipping was quite fast and it got transported by SEUR. It took about 4 days from Portugal to Austria.

Unfortunately I had bad luck with my first unit. It worked fine but it wouldn't shutdown properly. I needed to "kill" it with the powerbutton and remove the power supply at the same time otherwise it would just reboot.

This is where the exeptional Customer service comes in.
I told John about it and he guided me through every possible solution. He even stayed longer just to help me with my problem. (Until around 22:00 which is outstanding!)
But sadly it didn't help and it needed to get checked by the staff at Obsidian-PC.

John even selected the DHL express shipping to send it back. Which must have cost a little
fortune. Usually I would pay one way but because of the hardware failure they covered everything.
The RMA-Time was extremely fast. They checked the Notebook, replaced it with a new one, swapped my drives, installed Windows, tested everything and shipped it in just 2 days.
    Thanks again Recardo and John!

Now I'm waiting for my Replacement.
But I will update this Thread as soon as I get my P650RS. (With Photos, Temps and UV results)

I hope i could help somebody with their decision where to get a clevo in europe.
As I said before feel free to ask any questions!

Wow thanks for your feedback @F_L_O
I decided to offer you free EXPRESS shipping to solve your problem because we feel EXTREMELY bad that we did not notice the fact that your unit was not shutting down properly. It makes no sense to us, although you bought it without components, we did test it with our own components, but hey, computers have this strange things, sometimes they just go nuts!
On this rare occasions, even if the shipping costs is almost the same as our profit (trust me it is just like that :( ) our first priority is client satisfaction!! So DHL Airplane for you :p
I just hope your new unit arrives soon and makes you happy!

And don´t forget, i´m waiting for you to challenge me in QUAKE 1.... nothing like a 2000€+ EUR computer to play Quake1 haha

Keep us posted about it and feel free to use our online chat every time you have a doubt.

My wife and I used to play Quake 2 deathmatch against each other - her on her crappy HP laptop, me on my then top-range desktop gaming PC. And she would school me just about every time.

    Hahaha Nice!
It´s actually the only game we play here, sometimes when we stay a bit late, to relieve from the daily stress we fire up Quake 1 and do a local LAN deathmatch.

When i was a kid, for like 5 years in a row, we went to a friend house, and we used to play it all night long, from 10pm to 8am... only Quake 1, every weekend and on vacations.
We used to be from 5 to 8 kids all playing in our local LAN, no laptops back then, each would bring the full desktop with crt screen :)
Then we all found out about the cool things the opposite sex had to offer, and well, the group started to shrink!

I haven't forgotten about that :p But since my Notebook arrived yesterday, I will practice QUAKE I ;)

    But now to the updates:

As I said before it did arrive yesterday, and it is as good as it could be ^^

Shipping with SEUR was a bit faster as the last time. (around 3 days)

    Now to the Temps:

With -165mv on CPU-Core and CPU Cache i've got Temps in the mid 50s to high 50s which is perfect :)
    On TS Bench 1024M (8T)
    Load Voltage: 3,2GHz @ 0,920V
(I would like to add an image but i can't upload one yet?)

On the GTX 1070 the temps after 10min GTAV Benchmark were max 64°C on Automatic Fans.
    Max Clockspeed: 1885,5MHz Core / 2003,4MHz Memory / 1695,5MHz Video Clock
(Pics later when I know how to upload them here :p)

So would I buy it again? - For Sure, but only on Obsidian-PC. I mean look at that temps ;)
Heatsink lapping and polishing seems to work ^^

And as always feel free to ask what you want to know :)

Thanks again for the great work @ John@OBSIDIAN-PC

P.S.: See you soon in Quake :p

It´s awsome that your CPU actually manages such undervolt! Those are really amazing temperatures.
    Have fun with it!
And thanks for your feedback, dont hesitate to use our Chat system if you have any doubts.

Btw Quake 1 @ Steam is at a great price today, if you buy it be sure to also install these:
