I just want to share my experience on my NP-9752-s order with power notebooks, hopefully this will help some people shopping around for a Sager/Clevo reseller in the USA.
My order was placed on April 1st, and within hours someone contacted me to go over the order. The person I dealt with was Donald (I believe he's the owner) and he thoroughly went through my specifications and processed my order for payment verification. I had to make few phone calls regarding my phone number and address info on my credit card, but issues were esolved quickly and my payment went through. During the long production time, Donald was very patient and never had any attitudes when I impatiently bugged them about my laptop's status. I finally received my laptop on April 22nd and it worked well right out of the box, and it was thatI hoped it would be.
Reseller's customer service is best tested when there's a problem, although the laptop worked fine, it turned out they shipped the incorrect power supply to me. I contacted Donald the next day and he quickly reached out to the vendor and shipped out my power supply with UPS 3 day select. the whole replacement process was painless, efficient and I was impressed.
I hope those who shops around for a Sager / Clevo reseller give Power Notebooks a try, I will definitely be a return customer for my future gaming laptop purchases.
