Reflexnotebook's website doesn't appear to give much information on their "Hassle Free" warranty. I would hope there wouldn't be any warranty hassle with a reputable reseller. Anyone have any experience with their warranty service? How is it applied to the Sager warranty?

In short what the hassle free warranty means is if the notebook needs to be shipped to us or Sager we will pay the shipping both ways. It's concurrent WITH the Sager warranty, it doesn't extend it. Hope that clears it up. -

So if I purchase a Hassle Free should I ignore the "Canada Two Way Ground Shipping Coverage Add-on" selection in reflexnotebook's configuration page? That was confusing to me.

What the shipping service coverage add-on entails is we pay for shipping between you and Sager, RMAs and such is done directly by you and Sager.
The Reflexnotbook hassle free warranty is you just let us know what the issue is sit back and relax and we'll take care of everything even getting you the RMA (if needed) setup and shipping.
