I recently purchased my sager np5165 laptop from reflexnotebook.ca and i have to say, it was a great buyer experience. While browsing various resellers, i sent several emails requesting information about models i had been interested in. Everytime (3 times total) i recieved my first, and most informative reply from AET Solutions. additionally, they provided me with some phone numbers to call them to learn more. I did end up calling after i felt i would most likely purchase my laptop here. I spoke on the phone with AET Solutions 4 different times.
I was never put on hold, however my first call in, they were busy with a customer, and asked for my number. i was called back within 10 minutes without ever waiting on hold, which was nice. All of the communication between myself and AET solutions was fast, helpful, and very polite on their part. The man on the phone was very helpful towards my decision on what model to select, and he even told me that a cheaper model, the 5165, would probably be better for me based on the details i had given him. For this i have to say thanks as it saved me hundreds of dollars and the 5165 is a great laptop that works perfectly for what i need, not to mention the longer battery life.

AET Solutions sparked my interest originally, because they have a canadian site, with the prices listed in CAD. Also they charged Ontario sales tax and all other fees online, so i did not have to pay anything unexpectedly when my laptop arrived. there were no hidden fees, they are very honest and clear on whay fees i will need to pay, and why. Another thing about this company that should be appealing to any canadian buyer, is their hassle free warranty. Bassically if you have a problem, you ship your computer to a Canadian location, and they cover all shipping fees (i do not believe it is offered by sager). then, in most cases they will repair, otherwise send it to sager on their dime. Ultimately, buying from AET Solutions is like buying direct from sager (all customization for your model will be just like sager website) however you will also be getting much more convenience if your canadian buyer and wish to have their warranty, or even just for the slightly smaller shipping fee. (which is free by the way if you pay over 1500$ on your base config).

All in all, i have to say this is a great reseller, and in the future i will absolutely go to them first for my laptop needs. It took 2 weeks to get my laptop, during which time i spoke to some very helpful people, and received some emails explaining where the computer was at in its process of being built and shipped.

If you live in Canada , i would say this is the best way to go if you would like a sager notebook, or asus or alienware. i believe they also have some US website, but with different laptop selection, only sagers.

Holy Moly I just bought my sager laptop today too! haha. They were awesome and are very friendly. I think the thing that made me sway to them was their shipping costs

Where is the headquarters located in Canada? Is there one by or within Ontario?

 

We're located in St-Laurent on the island of Montreal, but we will be moving our headquarters pretty soon to Pointe-Claire. We're about 30 minutes from the Ontario border.
