Just want to give a shoutout to their customer service... it's absolutely phenomenal.
I was having issues with a hard shutdown before reaching POST. I went back and forth with tech support a few things as they helped me try to solve my problem. Tried a few things, and they sent me an RMA with a prepaid label.
The day after it arrived at their facility, they gave me an update on what they found, fixed it, updated the BIOS for me, and it was back to UPS the following day. Didn't give me any grief about a different bios or heatsink mods. It's those little things that make a repeat customer, and they've got me for sure. They actually complimented the heatsink work hah.
I really can't praise them them enough on this. One day turnaround is insane. Now I have my computer back just in time for school and I'm a happy camper![]()
If anyone is curious what the issue was, thermal paste leaked out causing a short on a resistor. Probably from my rather aggressive use of compressed air cleaners.
