    I want to be billed when the unit is actually finished. Should take a week, right? I want to take advantage of xoticpc's free shipping but I won't have the money in my account until this coming Friday.

    So can I place an order and get billed later? I don't want my budget to suffer because of the shipping prices.

    you pay before the build starts. once funds have cleared you then join the queue if there is one.

    Xoticpc has had the free shipping for a really long time, and I really doubt that the offer is gonna end

    Really? When I saw the promotion it seemed like it was a temporary thing. I'm pretty sure I saw that the 15th is the last day.

    I highly doubt the free shipping will end but if it does happen to end I know prostar offers free shipping all the time. However, as others have mentioned I don't think the free shipping is going anywhere.

    That is correct that we bill before the production begins. The Free shipping promotion doesnt have a end date but the 4th of July specials on the NP9130 do end on the 16th.
