I ordered my laptop on November 18th. On their website and when I ordered, they promised me it would be here within 7-12 business days. From the time of this review that's 26 business days ago and I still do not have it.
My dreadful experience with XOTIC PC:
    11/18
    Ordered my laptop.
    11/19 (Next day)
I received a call to confirm my payment of $2,300 (credit card).
    11/30 (9 business days)
I called them to see what was going on and why the status of my order hasn’t changed. They said it would arrive by 12/11 (18 business days).
    12/1 (10 business days)
Order was updated to Phase 1.
    12/8 (15 business days)
I called them again as to why it’s still in Phase 1 (out of 7) when I was told it would be here by the 11th. They then told me that it would be here by the 18th.
    12/14 (19 business days)
I sent an email asking about what’s going on as the 18th was coming up soon and it was still sitting in Phase 1.
    12/16 (21 business days)
After no response to the email I called them again since it was still in Phase 1. They updated it to Phase 6 after I called, but again it would not be here by the 18th and I was promised again that it would be here by Christmas.
    12/17 (22 business days)
Received a response to the email I sent on 12/14. They said “Your order will arrive before Christmas it arrived here and will be shipped shortly.”
    12/21 (24 business days)
They ship using FedEx Ground which takes 3 business days to get from them to me, meaning they would have to ship on 12/21 in order for the laptop to arrive by Christmas (FedEx Ground does not operate on Christmas). I call to see if this was the case, and it did not ship but it would now be here either 12/24 or 12/28. Two people said they would call/email be back the same day, but never did.
    12/22 (25 business days)
Call again as it still had not shipped, meaning it would not be here by Christmas, as promised. The only way to still have it by Christmas is to increase to the shipping speed to two day, which they wanted me to pay an extra $70 for. I asked to speak with a manager, but they were unavailable and never called me back after saying they would.

Their service and customer support is simply awful. This is the worst experience I've ever had ordering anything. I was fine with having it even 27 business days after my order, but you have to draw the line somewhere. I have no idea when my order will arrive at this point. Horrible experience. Do not order from them.
    Will be contacting BBB.

    Hello,

I'm very sorry for the experience you have received and want to do everything possible to correct it. Would you be able to email me your order number so that i can look into it for you?

I suggest calling the owner at his home address in the evening.

Going through the morons in customer service (if you can call it that without laughing) could potentially give you a brain hemorrhage.
