This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    I recently received my MSI GE60 that I bought from XoticPC. Overall, it was a good purchase experience. The rep who was I constantly in contact with, Derek, helped me whenever I had questions or concerns (and I had a lot).

    I pre-ordered my MSI GE60 on 6/13, despite the fact that there was no set release date. This was frustrating but they said that MSI had not yet given them a release date (and other resellers I talked to said the same thing) so I can't really blame them for that. The laptop came in stock 7/2 and my order proceeded to take... a really long time because they seemed to be backed up with orders. I had a deadline to meet and was worried they wouldn't meet it. I expressed my concern to Derek and he did everything he could to make sure my laptop arrived on time (and it did). The laptop is fine and runs very smoothly. I had also ordered a custom skin but later decided I didn't want it (since it would take too long) and they issued a refund.

    Though logistically my computer took some time to actually get to me, the service of XoticPC made the experience easier to deal with. I definitely recommend XoticPC to any computer buyers who like good service, low prices and quality gaming setups.
