I'm a noob on NBR, and a 1st time customer of XoticPC -- all in the same month.
Based on forum feedback, I decided on Sager 8170.
Based on looking at identical configs, I decided on XoticPC.
I'm very high maintenance customer, and I thought there were early 'issues' at XoticPC. They proved to be non-issues once they were all fully explored. The sales guy, Michael S, has been fast and responsive, even when it mean getting other departments involved.

I also recently had a great experience from both Xotic and Michael....and when an issue arose..both Justin from these boards and Jacyn at Xotic stepped in and made sure I was happy...I highly recommend Xotic....
