Just want to share my experience with them.
Put in order for a new laptop on Sunday night since the day before I accidentally kill my laptop![]()
Monday morning they received the order, by the afternoon payment went through and order was put with Sager, so it went into phase 2 (assembly, QA )
Received e mail today (Thursday morning) that Sager had delivered the laptop, and according to UPS it was last night, so it took 3 days total from putting in my order to the start of delivery wowza O.O. according to ups it will be here on Tuesday... it's going to be long weekend waiting for it to come ;p.
So far it has been excellent, a HUGE thanks to Elizabeth for helping in making the order go smoothly and fast! I really appreciated it!!
Hope everything just as good with the laptop too!

Just a quick explanation about the shipping. Since we and Sager are on different time zones they ship after our office has closed for the day so we get tracking numbers the next morning then email them out. In cases there is next day shipping UPS could actually deliver before we get you the tracking number.
