    I know hid has had many good pre sales service reviews here wondering if you guys have any post sales service experience with them please let me know your post sales service with hid here
    to me that's the main thing because $2000 is a lot many thanks in advance

    yes but pre sales is usually always good the problem is when you have problem :) I had to deal with supports before and it's not fun :)

    I have only the best things to say about them. My machine was unfortunately damaged whilst shipping from the US to EU. It got dinked and ended up with a scratch on the outer bezel. @Donald@HIDevolution immediately offered me compensation or asked if I wanted a new one.
    The whole experience I've had with this company was very positive. And you can really tell that these guys take great pride in their work and the machines they put out.

    actually i contacted hid pre sales support recently asking a few things one is whether the 180 watt power supply is enough for 1660ti oled and the reply was that they just rely on manufacturer the second questions i had was if they can test out a certain game before i made a purchase because my recent purchase of 1660ti was quite disappointing and i didn't get any reply :)

    so apparently i'm not getting the above and beyond treatment that others are singing praise about hid :) maybe they're busy

    does hid do burn in test and give you the temperature report when you buy a laptop from them ? mythlogic used to do this ...

    I think they do QA on the machine before sending it. As per temp report, I bought mine as a barebone as I was going from P775tm1 to the P870tm1 so I don't know.
