^ You would have to purchase both of them separately. :( It covers any type of "Accidental" damage to the LCD. (This is not covered with any normal or Sager Warranty)

The special on the 30 Day DP Warranty is only with the Sager Warranties

But that special is not simply $100 off your normal $200 XoticPC Zero Dead Pixel Guarantee is it ? The Sager one is only 30 days, whereas I read somewhere on your website that your $200 Zero Dead Pixel guarantee is for 1 year ?

^Yes it is $100 off when you select the Sager Warranty that includes the DP Warranty. Please review the example below right from our website: (You will see there is a $100 Difference between the top warranty and the bottom one which includes the DP Warranty)

    Sager 3 Year Parts & Labor Warranty w/ Lifetime 24/7 DOMESTIC Toll Free Customer Support ( + $289 )

Sager 3 Year Parts & Labor Warranty + 30 Day NO Dead Pixel Warranty w/ Lifetime 24/7 DOMESTIC Toll Free Customer Service ( + $389 )

The 30 Day DP Warranty is a Sager Warranty. We have a 1 Year Dead Pixel Warranty that is sold on OTHER machines then Sager.

So why sager only gives 30 days whereas other companies give a whole year?

    I am confused.

If I click on the Dead Pixel Policy (?) link whilst configuring a Sager 9262, it says:-

So does that mean if you take the $200 option ZDP then you get 1 year Zero Dead Pixel coverage on a Sager 9262 (with free shipping if in first 30 days)?
But if you take the Sager Warranty option with NDP for +$100 (compared to normal Sager 3yr warranty), you only get 30 Days coverage ?

Justin can you please clarify this if you get a chance? Ie. the 0 dead pixel warranty for $200 versus the Sager 30 day dead pixel warranty.

    Thanks.

No, the $200 Option is for Sagers 30 Day DP Warranty. We only offer the 1 Year Option on other models, not Sagers. (This is Sagers direct Warranty)

That is correct. All DP Warranties for Sager machines are for 30 Days. Here are the exact terms:

Guaranteed no dead or partially-lit pixels for first 30 days of purchasing [+$200.00]
Any units purchased with the “Zero Dead Pixel Insurance” option that are received with ANY dead pixels will be treated by Sager as a
DOA unit, and Sager will cover 3 day shipping both ways and replace the unit. (Continental USA only). This guarantee is only for the
first thirty (30) days of receipt of the unit, and not the entire year period of the general warranty.

Let me know if this clears it up :)

Actually, Xotic's Dead Pixel link says:
The link just has information on BOTH dead pixel policies (Non-Sager and Sager).
