    Hello, I have a Clevo p151EM with a gtx 660M and an intel 3610QM.

Today my jack has stopped giving sound through the audio jack to my headphones for no apparent reason. I tested the phones in other devices and they are working.
    Here's what I also did:

    - Ran another OS, Linux, and the problem persisted: no sound at all.

    - Reinstalled audio drivers for windows 8, problem persisted.

When I plug the headphones, the pop up message appears informing that they have been plugged, yet, no sound.

I've also accessed the Audio mixer and devices, deactivated and activated them and nothing.

I don't know if should contact the reseller of the laptop, I'm just open for suggestions prior to going trough that route.

    Thanks in advance.

Sounds like physical damage to the internals of the jack to me which is only something your reseller can sort.
