    Hi,

About 30% of the time, when I wake my laptop up from Sleep mode, the biometric/fingerprint scanner does not work.

It does not tell me my scan is wrong- it simply does not respond to any gestures.

If I log in (using typed password) then log out immediately- the scanner works.

This makes me think something in the windows enviro 'wakes' it up.

Is there power management that could be causing this?

Is anyone else having this issue?

Can anyone help me fix this?

    Thanks

Are you using the BioExcess driver?

I don't believe so. I just downloaded the driver from Clevo's website.

This really is a problem so if anyone has any ideas please help.
