    Hi guy!

    I have a Sager NP9172 (P775DM3-G) with GTX 1080 my vBIOS version is 80.04.56.00.2A with gpu clock 1657Hz - boost 1847MHz

    i have research a newer vBIOS is 86.04.2A.00.2B with boost is gpu clock 1557Hz - boost 1771Hz

    If you are not having issues don't change it. It will perform slower.

    i know it but i have issuse is when i full load both CPU and GPU, my GTX 1080 is overheated. My screen display that (image) then BSOD.

    Do your fans spin normally? If so a bios wont help, cleaning and a repasting will be your best options.

    To not create duplicates, I will up this topic.
    I'm looking for a GTX 1080 vBIOS (P775DM3-G) as well.
    I've flashed the vBIOS mentioned in the first post and it turns out it doesn't support UEFI (the impact of which I didn't fully understand) and lost G-Sync capability (if this makes sense) .
    So now I'm looking for the latest (or any working) UEFI-compatible vBIOS

    Your card is damaged. No driver or bios change is going to fix it.

    when i flash lastest vBIOS it fix my error and GPU work perfect.
