    Hey Guys !

I am new here and i am from Germany, so sry for my bad english ;)
But i have a question to you guys, because i have a strange problem with my P502 from mySN (P150EM).
My Notebook in Detail : i7 3740QM, Racdeon HD7970M, Corsair Vengeance 2x4gb, and Samsung 840 Pro SSD.

If i play a game like GTA 4 the Radeon Fan is working and is running fast, because the Graphic Card is working. That's normal i know. But if I close the game, my Graphic Card Fan is still running and after 20 Minutes the Fan is still running and cold air comes out and only if i start a program with "High Performance" Profile, the Fan stops running. Have you made the same strange thing like me?
Is this a BIOS Problem of Clevo? Because i installed the new Graphic Driver (13.1) and the problem is still existing

    BIOS 1.02.14
    EC 1.02.11

Can you please help me ?

Hi, well it's a bios bug. Can't be fixed unless the next bios fixes it. Same thing here on my p170em.

The current fan EC thinks if the temp value = null then the temperature stays at the where the dGPU is shutdown, do hope Clevo fixes this though.

download a graphics monitoring tool and after gaming open it and then close it and it will stop the fans. its a glitch that a lot of us suffer with.
not sure which software is best for ati cards but nvidia inspector stops the fans for nvidia cards.

when its reported back to resellers they normally pass on the info to clevo so it should be on record.
