    Hi,

Has anyone accomplished to use undervolted values in the vbios of a 6970m that actually works?

I've tried to change values with RBE, but it just ignores them and uses defaults.... Only way to undervolt has been Ati Tray Tools but it's a little outdated...

    Hope it's possible =]

    Kind Regards,

    Mirabis

RBE should work fine as long as you enter valid values.

I've considered using RBE as well, but haven't seen anyone confirm whether it will work without issue on Sagers. Alienware guys apparently have used it without incident but I'm not taking any chances based on their experiences.

I've used it on a non-Dell card as well, works fine. But only undervolting. There's no higher value available in the voltage table than 1.1V

ATT works wonderfully, you can toggle between different clock modes and that was always useful.

And also much less dangerous than BIOS editing...

I am reposting from a previous thread here, in case the gamin forum was not the right place to ask my question:

Just did a clean install // reformat for my notebook, and have come across a huge problem with ATT.

Adding the .dll to the folder allows the program to run, and I can set my clock speeds // voltage profiles just fine.

However, when the program is running, I come across a TON of issues with other games/programs. For example, Steam will not load at all. Login pops up but the process abruptly ends without warning. Both the Diablo III and Guildwars 2 launcher will not load or will crash if I start ATT mid launch, and even google chrome crashes upon loading any website.

All these issues I have encountered are non-existent when ATT is not running in the background. Any ideas? I really would like to keep my clocks locked and undervolted ...

I should note that I installed the latest AMD mobile drivers (catalyst 12.10) but I also saw this issue with 12.8
