    Hey guys quick question.

I have a NP9150/P150em and 7970m with stock intel drivers, 12.11 beta 3, and in CCC I have force battery savings on.

I have been getting around 3hrs on battery.

How can I maximize battery life while at school?

Are there any other settings I could use? Can I Undervolt? Underclock? Should I try using Throttlestop?

    Thanks for your help.

Just go through your power settings and set everything to battery saving. Turn off keyboard light and turn down the brightness on your LCD.

You could try all the ones you mentioned, but I doubt you will see any difference. Maybe if you combine all of the three options. My opinion? not worth it if you are doing it for the sake of a slight battery life increase.

I have forced 7 cores to stay parked and they can only work up to 20%

That's pretty standard on the 9150, 3 hours is about all you'll get. I've heard some customers claim they got 4+ hours but I don't see it likely. If you have your monitor shut off after about a minute of inactivity, that'll probably make a decent difference in battery life.
