    Hi guys,
as title thread, im searching for the Vbios of the Clevo HD7970m. Alot of users got the card already in their clevos, i was wondering if is possible to dump the bios and attach it here.
This is needed for a "project" im working on. I already have the Dell vbios but its no use.
Thanks to all who wish to contribute!

Also, for anyone who can figure out how to dump their 7970M vbios, it would be nice if you could share, because I definitely need to dump my vbios

You can dump the vbios using gpuz iirc. Just click on the small icon in the main window.

Won't work, pastapvz was kind enough to try all traditional methods on my request.
So we need to do some new magic ;)

Right, I've tried atiwinflash, the dos version, and gpuz. None of them work sadly. I'm up for your suggestion svl7

RBE Doesnt support GCN cards sadly, and it likley wont be updated. I have flashed a desktop 7970 many times with ATIWinFlash before so I know that at least works.

But ATIWinFlash doesn't seem to detech the 7970M, only HD 4000 from what I've heard.

    :(

This vbios is a ghost, I have no idea where it is hiding, all I can say is that it's definitely not in the place where it's supposed to be... I'm confused.
@custom90gt: Thanks for your effort, at the moment I have no idea what's up here...

damn, does it look like we might have to wait for a driver update from AMD or some BIOS update in order to be able to retrieve the 7970M vbios?

Hmm, if someone wants to let me try getting the vbios in a teamviewer session, PM me
The "easy" way wasn't possible, custom90gt tried all the stuff I told him to do.
I'm really confused, as I said, apparently the vbios isn't in the place where it is supposed to be.

Thanks to everyone. I know that someone actually managed to dump Dell card vbios, so i still wonder how they do it.

I hope we can have some good news, this vbios would be a great thing to have, not to mention that i need it for my "project". Thanks to all the people involved!

Oh yeah, that could be the way how they obtained the dell vbios. It makes sense.

No, atiflash works in the AW systems, and there are easier ways than this... though they didn't work so far.
If someone is bored I can try to give some instructions about how to get the vbios, PM me. Or I can assist you per teamviewer.
