    So, what Prema partners are there in the EU, apart from DreamMachines and Obsidian?
    On a related note, do I need a Prema bios if most of what I plan to do is some undervolting?

    What about a 1070? Pascal is all locked, so I'll need a custom vBIOS?

    Not really, although it would likely allow for more flexible tweaking of your card. You should be able to undervolt your stock vBIOS Pascal card using the voltage/frequency curve editor (CTRL+F) of the latest version of MSI Afterburner. You should be able to find some nice guides/tutorials on how to do that with your favorite search engine (sorry, can't remember any links) it works the same way as with normal desktop cards.
