You have to be careful when looking for replacement screens. Both of those are "compatible" screens, so you have no guarantee on the quality or manufacturer of them.
If you're able to find a replacement, changing the screen is pretty easy. The four screws holding it together are under the rubber bumpers in the corners. After taking those out, the plastic bezel on the screen should snap apart (be very careful not to break the clips on it though). The screen itself is held in with metal bars on either side. Remove the screws on those, and carefully unplug the cable on the back of the screen to remove it.
It's tough to explain without pictures, but if you download the service manual from this link, it has a section in the back with the LCD exploded parts view. (thanks to Theriko for sharing the manual).

thank you for ur reply, for the second link , it said the brand is ''LG Philips
AU Optronics'' does tht mean the manufacturer of the screen ? and what does ''guarantee on the quality'' mean ? does that mean possibility of hvin dead pixel ? -

Correct, AUO and LG are the main manufacturers of screens. However, take note of what Malibal said, some screens are advertised as "compatible screens."
The Guarantee on quality, not sure, but more than likely it is the possibility of dead pixels. I'd suggest contacting the reseller on ebay if you can. -
I cannot speak for Clevo, but I would do everything possible to get exactly the same screen. With my old Toshiba, I replaced LP154W01 (TL)(A2) with an (A3)(K1). It only worked to a very limited extent until I had an EEPROM and two capacitors transferred from the old one to the new one.

so is "B156HW01(V.1)" the exact model of what malibal used for my laptop ? or actually, is it possible that Malibal can sell me the screen and ship it to the UK as they r my notebook s manufacture and they will know what i had for the notebook ?
