So i thaught even if the p375sm has edp port, it would be compatible... but it gave same error has my p377sma even with a 1080p 120hz.
What could be wrong???? This display doesnt have gsync option qnd this setup of 1080p 120hz and 1070n is working well on my p377sma...
    Thanks for help
The error is: after installing nvidia driver, it goes to black screen with kind of green line, centered, if i move the mouse, i can notice a pixel bugging. After a reboot, black screen with green line but nothing move.

is it possible to switvh the bios of a p375sma or even p377sma since model look kinda the same?

    Sad to hear...
I recently buy 1070N and LG LP173WF2 (TP)(B2) for my P375SM and waiting only for eDP cable...
Now I have 1070 in slave slot for drivers modding and he is correctly installed.

There is is possible to install P375SM-A BIOS to P375SM, but after this keyboard backlight doesn't work.

Yes, 980M as master and 1070N as slave.
Nope, 1070N works now only as PhysX/GPGPU accelerator.

    Hello guys,

I put GTX1070 on P375SM. Screen working fine, before Windows starts and initialize Nvidia drivers. With drivers even screen backlight not working. First I thought, thats problem is with backlight controll, so I bypass all controll signals, but even with backlight on, there is black screen.
Now I testing different drivers versions. I tried with generic drivers and two different sections and with dedicated, from Clevo P670RS-G. I must try with non-optimus Clevo drivers and with Linux drivers.

    On HDMI all is OK.

With Linux Mint GPU works! So, this is strictly drivers issue!

Yes this situation is the same on auo display with p377sma.
When the bios doesnt recognize a screen= no brightness control hotkey, the 1070n will not work with nvidia driver. If we found a solution to add these displays, even old lg 120hz in p375sm, highly sure it gonna work..

That's the only way you can use a second card that's not usable for SLI since it has no monitor outputs.

@DARCODER do you still have the vBIOS versions you tried flashing your 1070 with, in particular the one that worked with your 120Hz LG panel?

for p375smA or p377sma any vbios gonna work if it is non gsync or auto gsync.

For p375sm a solution purpose is to instal a p375sma Bios with the lose of keyboard brightness...or @nbr2019 might have found the solution by replacing a parts in motherboard

My issue was actually the inf mod/driver package in the end and both the earliest and the latest 1BA1 vbioses I tried worked. I found an old OEM driver made for the sffpc my cards came from, I inf modded that to install and it finally worked

You have EM platform. There are many more differences between EM, SM and SM-A than only that letters. This can work, but who can test it in SM?

This isse is caused by the vBios not directing the correct signal to the eDP port. It has something to do with MSI having their own weird system for their cards. You need to reflash the vBios in order to fix this. You'll need a hard programmer for this to my knoweldge.
