As the title says, I tried installing the latest HD4000 drivers and 13.4 from AMD but I get constant flashing in DirectX 9 games. It doesn't happen on DX11 games. Reverting back to the Intel 9.17.10.2932 drivers resolves this issue. Is anyone else getting this? Any idea what's causing this or if it can be fixed other than reverting back to the previous Intel drivers?

nearly everyone got different type of issues. i got load mmdriver whenever i load catalyst control centre. i wonder if intel mentions 3071 is compatible with switchable graphics (or enduro if no such problem with optimus)?

I tried 13.5b with the latest intel drivers on Windows 7 and Skrim ran but failed display. Picture just hung at the main menu while I could hear all the music and mouse-over sounds of the menu. My other games seemed to work fine, but I still reverted to intel 9.17.10.2932. Everything seems to work again, and no noticeable performance loss.

Yes I know about the flashing. You have to roll back to 2932. AMD and Intel are not playing nice right now. They both know about it, neither are fixing it. Intel won't. On forum, Intel rep said AMD is supposedly releasing a driver to fix it. Which they did, but as we see, they did a shoddy job of it.

Yes this happened to me i downloaded the latest Intel drivers a few weeks ago, and with them the latest beta(13.3), windows Aero stopped working, i thought my gpu was going bonkers. Then yesterday i installed the 13.4 drivers and all dx 9 games got crazy issues or not worked, i then went on to install 13.1 to 13.5, i even tried re-installing Intel drivers, finally by chance i reverted back to the previous Intel driver, and voalá ! Problem solved.

I can confirm this problem as well in Borderlands 2. I had to rollback to the previous Intel driver. I was using 13.5 beta 2.
