Thats normal. Most programs that report RAM speed will report it in half. Since it DDR RAM you double what it shows to get your effective speed. I think the only place it shows the "1333" will be in the BIOS.

I could have this mixed up, but I believe that's actually relaying the I/O bus clock speed and not the data rate (the data rate is actually 1333 M/Ts, not MHz). 665MHz would pretty much be correct for I/O bus clock frequency for PC3-10600.
