Am planning to pick up a Sager NP8150/Clevo P150HM or Sager NP8170/Clevo P170HM in the next few weeks. Aside from some gaming, I'm also going to be working with pictures (without an external monitor).

Any thoughts between the 95% matte screen available at 15.6" vs. the 72% matte (AUO B173HW01 V.5) for the 17" models?

Without considering the color gamut, I'd lean towards the 17" because of the slightly larger size -- but if colors on the 15.6" (95%) are markedly better then I may skip the extra screen real estate.

    Thanks,

    Mike

I was hoping to install an Intel 510 120GB SSD in one drive bay and a 750GB HD in the 2nd (of a Sager NP8170/Clevo P170HM). I guess I can do that with a Sager NP8150/Clevo P150HM as well at the cost of the optical drive being internal. Or are there any 15.6" models with an internal optical drive and still two drive bays?

    Thanks,

    Mike

I would probably get one of those USB external drive bays and put the optical drive in there, I don't think I've used mine since the initial day setup.

You can look at the MSI GX683DXR.

It has two HDD bays, GTX 570m, and an optical drive.

None yet, but that MSI model Ryan mentioned has 2 drives. You could also get an external CD drive if you don't use it often enough to justify having one installed.
