I know this has been talked about many times but I'm having a hard time dealing with the keyboard on this laptop. It misses a lot of strokes constantly, and I feel like I have to smash the keys right in the center for them to work.

Are new revisions of this keyboard coming out that I can buy separately? Can I put the steel series one by myself?

    Thanks!

You can check out the thread in my signature to find out a little bit about the steel series keyboard upgrade.

Some people say it doesn't fit (to elaborate, it will sit in the chassis fine and work as described, but it pushes the speaker bar in the P150em slight up), some have fixed this by sanding a little bit off the top as it has been reported that it is slightly larger than the clevo keyboard.

The connectors will fit from the SS keyboard but as vuman619 mentioned its slightly bigger. If you trim it down it will fit in there perfectly.
You may also get a new keyboard from your reseller, contact them to see if they'll let you swap it out for a new one.
