I recently downloaded the 178.13 drivers from laptopvideo2go.com

After installing them and restarting the display went crazy, flicking around and doing some wierd shaz. Apps were failing to load and such. Now it bluescreens. Same thing in Safemode. Anybody else get the same issue of is it just me?

EDIT: BSOD when trying to run chkdsk /r inside the recovery environment. Partitions were majory screwed up. Now can't even boot into the recovery console now. Full OSRI. Never had a system so borked before. wierd...

So far, 3 people have posted that this driver created problems, yours by far is the worst---

    I'll avoid this driver---for now

so far so good for me.

I am running with windows xp and used the have disk method.

Also Dox sent me a beta .inf so that may make all the difference.

So far my FPS is lower in COD4 but it is a stable driver so far. I used the Sager driver and the FPS was higher and just stable. I will beta this with Dox and then probably switch back to see about that driver.

It does that this driver gives better visuals though.

Strange symptoms... In safe mode the driver should not get loaded so you shouldn't see all the problems...

    driver seems ok to me.
It does seem more stable (which I prefer to all out FPS pr0n).
DV is broken in XP version so I'm told.

The dox drivers are under going beta testing.
I've tweaked these set for higher quality textures and sharpness - doesnt kill fps.
Something I do prefer to FPS is higher quality.
Why try to maximise FPS when most of us have highend cards....

The fault of this driver is the Digital Vibrance..I explain:
It doesn't work and I left it for some windows sessions...Then I chose this option from Rivatuner 11 (with wich it works).. well then after windows start, when (form task manager) it loads nvcpl > BLANK or GREEN screen without any possibility..
Safe mode didn't load (Load something then reboot)..

I resolved starting driversweeper and cleaning this driver FEW MILLISECONDS BEFORE nvcpl load and after that was OK..
I reinstalled the same 178.13 for test the problem and without enabling DV works very well
Crysis warhead increase MIN MED and MAX FPS by 1-1.5 fps !!
Now however I notice that memory usage in XP 32-bit decrese from 1600mb to 1010 mb and I don't want it (however the disk doesn't swap)
    Hope to be useful
