    Hi,

Im thinking of buying a new laptop. My current notebook is Toshiba Qosmio X505. I love big screens such as 18,4 ang bigger. Are there any 18,4 or even bigger clevo model other than X8100 which doesnt have 7970M?

I dont like Alienware but if i have to, i'll buy it.

    Regards

They don't have already P180HM becouse it's old model, CLEVO is under development new 18,4'' model. You can always sell 560M cards via ebay.
Two weeks ago I sold my used GTX 485M card and bought new GTX 680M from BM. Everything works flawlessly :) 17" inch notebooks are to small for you ? You can always use external monitor from time to time.
You can also ask BM about any other new 18" model coming soon if you can wait few months of course. Best Regards

As of it stands now. No current 18.4" Clevo, and no bigger one either lol

There's one that is from the older generation.. but a new is coming for the newer generation, so a question of time

Sorry if this off topic, but why would you want a bigger than 17" laptop? Wouldn't it be easier to get a small stationary computer and a screen?

There are no current 18.4" made by Sager/Clevo. The last one was the NP8180 but that was phased out and there hasnt been any announcement of a replacment. 17.3" is the biggest currently offered.

Clevo 18.4" has offered dual video card options. Build quality of the 18.4 was much more sturdy than the current 17.3.

No i already had one PC and sold it. Im often leaving to my father house or grandmother house for a couple of days but work leaves with me so i need to be in contact 24/7. I hate small things, they really pisses me off so i bought 23" IPS for better work in my house but i dont need three displays in three houses (LOL) that's why i need to have big laptop screen too.

Sorry for mistakes in my english (if any)

I would recommend getting a used p180hm and upgrading the video cards to dual 680m SLI. I can vouch for the p180 being an amazing machine. :)

I will just wait for the new model, that's not urgent case.
