Does anyone have it and is it worth it?
The selection for one is on the Sagernotebook site under customizing but in xoticpc they do not have it.

NO NO NO. It's better to buy at least 2GB of RAM and forget about the USELESS TM...

No,some people don't offer it because it's not supported, you need at least Santa Rosa for that.

Don't waste your time and $$ on the Robson turbo. If you get it, you won't be able to use your express card slot. Just load up on the RAM and you'll be fine.

The 5793 model on xoticpc (nevermind, the turbo memory is on xotic, im blind as a bat). I was planning to get 4gb anyways (if I wait, 8gb on the centrino 2 platform) but I have no idea what it is or what it looks. Also reading that one part ...
"To find out if your newly purchased laptop has the new Santa Rosa Chipset the trick will be to look and see if it's an odd numbered one".
I was planning to get the CPU that is clocked at 2.5ghz which would be an even number. Would that mean I'm recieving the older chipset?

You mean the T9300. That's an excellent choice.

I recommend you wait for the 5796 for the 8 GB support IF YOU CAN WAIT,or get the 5793 with 4 Gb and the T9300 now, if you need it.
    Nice choice by the way.

=) I knew it for the start ha.

But one last question though, how does the 1gb memory block up your express card slots. I thought it was put inside the laptop somewhere?

The TM is INSIDE the laptop, and it takes a PCI slot, where a TV tuner might be better suited actually...
Forget about the Turbo Memory ,it's crap,I`d rather tel you to get a TV Tuner...
    And it doesn't block anything.
