    does anyone remember 2010 blackfriday deals from xoticpc , malibal ? on sager / satori models? I vaguely rem them offering free mouse or backpack or something like that. So we can have an idea what to expect this year. The prices are pretty sweet, but Ill pull the trigger on laptop on thanksgiving day. let me know guys! :)

    Of course anything is possible as far as price changes.

    However, I believe that MOST of the resellers on this forum have some sort of price protection policy for the rest of this year. :)

    Last year (unfortunately I wasn't around till January) I believe we had some free items that shipped out along with the computers as a special deal. But a lot of resellers will probably have similar deals this year along with special sales. :)

    Yep.
    I just checked with my reseller.

    6990M dropped in price by $100 but HDD went up by $20.. So currently, I might get $80 refund. But I'll wait until end of year.

    However, I was told that I can only get a refund ONCE. Is this the same for all resellers ?
