There has been an amazing lack of talk about the build quality of the Sager 2090/Compal IFL90. All of the discussion seems to be around the specs. The specs are boring though because once you know what they are you can pretty much predict performance. So what's the point of trying to bench them other than to confirm what you already know?
With that said there has been very little talk about things that matter outside of the the specs like the build quality of the notebook. What is the keyboard like? How sturdy does it feel? Is there any flex in the keyboard or the case? How well will the hinges hold up over time? How well is the plastic held together? The normal build quality questions. Does anyone know the answers?

You can refer to reviews of the Compal HEL80, the predecessor model to the IFL90. Judging from pictures, the two are essentially the same design.
