The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    2090 Drivers - Can we get a sticky or something?

    I've been reading around all the forum posts and such about needing specific drivers to upgrade/update/install, etc, but to me they all seem scattered and figuring out what version each file is is even more horrendous - any way that we could get a main post/sticky with all the current drivers and recommended installs?

    I just say this because I'm ordering a computer with no OS and will have to be doing all this myself (Vista Business and XP Pro that I got for free from school) and it's a pain to stay on top of all the drivers that I will be needing to install.

    I know... but i've never used that site before - just are all those drivers kept completely up to date? Are there any extra ones out there than people have been using?
