Hi I just got my Sager 2090 in the mail this week. Up until now it has been a fantastic laptop. The last time I used the laptop I had shut it down, and tonight it does not want to boot up. I press and hold the power key, and it does power up. Shortly after I hear the fans go and the cd drive/Hd spin. About 5 seconds after that everything just dies and it sits there powered up with a blank screen. The screen remained black the whole time. Hopefully this isn't something stupid like a switch on the back of the laptop, but I'd appreciate any help getting my laptop running again :( ! It has the following specs:

    1600x1050 WSXGA
    T7500 2.2 ghz
    2gb ram
    8600gt
    160 gb 5400 rpm

Give them a call. Is the laptop plugged in?

Yea its plugged in, I've attempted to start it with battery in and out, battery power and AC. I would give them a call but it seems both Xotic and Sager's support phonelines are closed. I never tried to OC this laptop, I have been using it for general web browsing so I'm a little suprised right now.

i have this problem too, when my computer went to sleep, i would press the button and hear whirs and whatnot, butt the screen would stay blank. I think it's a vista problem due to unsigned video drivers or something.

needless to say i didn't research it really

Have you found a way to fix it? I am using the latest nforce drivers from laptopvideo2go... Is there a way to reset them manually?

If the screen does not even come on when you start up then it's not a problem with the OS; you should at least see the BIOS load.

The only thing I can think of right now is reseating the memory, so give that a try. If that does not work then you need to call technical support during the daytime.

Well, reseating the memory didn't work. I even tried a stick from another laptop in the house. Same results. I guess I'll have to suck it up till Monday when I can call TS :(
