    Yay or nay?

Still useless like the old 1GB version or is this new 2GB version actually useful?

This is not only 2GB but it is version 2.0.

However since it has just been released it is too early to tell whether it is helpful when you have at least 2GB System Memory.

If only DDR3 RAM prices were low enough to not need turbo memory >_<

Is it possible/difficult to manually install a Turbo Memory Module??

I.e. can I buy the laptop now without TM, and if it proves to be good then I can manually install it?

So what's the compatibility like-- can the 2GB work in place of Robson 1.0 or is it not backwards compatible?

Also, just for kicks, is it possible to have two Robson modules in a machine (even if one is just used as a really fast flash drive)?

    Thanks!

2.0 will only work with the new Centrino 2 chipset, and you can only have one in your computer because there is only one slot for it.

Ohh okay. I thought it was a generic PCIe port and didn't realize the designation.
    Thanks Donald!
