I just ordered a Sager NP9377 (Clevo P370SM3) with the dual 880m's and 16 GB of RAM. It's a beast and I want to connect it to three HDMI/DVI 27" 1920x1080 Acer monitors.

I've been in communication with our Sager rep and he's been pretty useless. He said they only tested the model with HDMI out and minidisplayport to HDMI out through thunderbolt and that's all that he knows works.

Does anyone know if I can hook the thunderbolt up to say a thunderbolt splitter or dock and do two minidisplayport to HDMI adapters from it? From what I'm reading, not all PC's have dual video channels through thunderbolt and our rep said we should test it on our own.

So before ordering things I wanted to ask if anyone knew the best way? I know I can go USB to HDMI in a worst case scenario but wanted to look at other options first.

First off thanks for smashing my radio...and second your laptop can easily handle 3 LCDs. But inputs limit you to 1 HDMI LCD and USB or thunderbolt LCDs. USB monitors perform very slow and are good for very low end basic tasks, but are very useful. I cannot comment on thunderbolt at all sorry. Your only other option is a splitter like this with an adapter to hdmi.

I have no experience with thunderbolt, but maybe you can daisychain the monitors. not sure how many though.
