Do I have to turn on the 32-bit I/O BIOS Setting under the SATA section in the BIOS when I'm running Windows Vista Ultimate x64?

And do I have to perform the trick in installing the Matrix Storage Manager first on my OS before enabling AHCI SATA Mode in the BIOS?
