Looks just fine to me. (see sig)
You can probably pull a few 100 more with a little overclocking.

Hmm.. If I'm pulling 5210 on a 7900, you guys should be able to hit 5500 on your 7950's with a little tweaking.

Basically, you want to gain access to your video card's clock frequency settings (GPU and VRAM) and adjust them upward for more performance.

On Vista, I think RivaTuner still works- http://www.guru3d.com/index.php?page=rivatuner&menu=8
    And I think Nvidia's nTune works - http://www.nvidia.com/object/sysutility.html

On an XP system, you can use Coolbits to unlock the clock frequency options in the nVidia Drivers.
    http://downloads.guru3d.com/download.php?det=815

Coolbits is getting a bit dated though, and I don't know if it works with Vista drivers. However, it works just fine on my 5760 running XP.

I couldn't find any guides here on NBR, but there are lots of guides for overclocking on the intarwebs. Do a google for them.
    Few good places to start-
    http://www.laptopvideo2go.com/forum/index.php?showforum=5
    http://www.overclock.net/nvidia/

I guess ATI-Tool works on nvidia cards also, according to this guide- http://forums.pureoverclock.com/showthread.php?t=192

But again, I have no experience with Vista, so do some research and ask around on the video card and overclocking websites.

You can also overclock the processor with ClockGen if you'd like. Those COre2Duo Merom's can be pushed pretty far. Check out my guide on here with title keywords: clevo m570u overclocked

what if anything do you use to "cooldown" your notebook when over-clocking??

i don't plan on over-clocking. but as is, when i'm gaming my notebook starts getting quite hot.

are there additional heat sinks you can get?? fans??

I could OC my M570U's 1.83GHz C2D @ 2.2GHz with stock cooling. I did however apply my own artic silver heatsink/thermal grease.

The fan system in the 570u is VERY good.
Just remember to turn it up while gaming or anything else that will stress the CPU/GPU.
Fn-F2 will put all fans to max. DO IT.

I also have a Zalman NC-1000 cooler for while it's on my desk at home.
