Hi everyone, is it possible to have a 2e hd on a 570tu

no, please read the specs in the Clevo Guide, or on Clevo website... or vendors websites.

Well, it is possible. The drive will simply be external. I made a custom
eSata cable and USB power cable and mounted a removeable external slim HDD to the back of the LCD. It isn't pretty but I can move the laptop with an external connected without tripping over cords or being concerned the external might disconnect. -
If it works that way for you, why not. It's a good solution.

To Zenica, how fast is the e-sata hd compared to your internall disc.
I need to be able to write at least 24 tracks of audio back and forth whitout any latency. -
Get an esata pcmcia card like this one:

Thanks,
But I bought an 860tu today, xp and sonar will be on the flashcard, so I can use the hd (320 Gb, 7200 rpm) for audio only.
570tu
