Just out of shear curiosity, has anyone with a 5720 successfully upgraded the 7800gtx to the 7950gtx found in the 5760? Has anyone tried?

Not sure whether or not I would consider this yet, but im just curious to know if it has been done.

As far as I remember, that model topped out at the 7800GTX.

Mainly because there was now new BIOS updates for that model to support the newer videocards.

The 7950 GTX required a new motherboard, AC Adapter and thermal solution so it evolved into the NP5760 and Sager never offered a formal upgrade program for the NP5720.
