    whew, so relieved this weekend's earthquakes here in Hawaii didnt bust up my 2 month old 5760. I've talked to so many people who plugged their computers back into the surge protector after the power came back on, and it spit out a fireball or crackled, and they lost their PSU, vid card, or whole comp. Someone said that CompUsa is doing major business on PSUs and is nearly sold out in the islands from people who need to replace it.

    Guess I'm one of the lucky ones.

    Got to look at the fine print on those surge protectors. Some are not rated for very much. You get what you pay for i guess...
