    5791 fingerprint scanner stopped working. any suggestions?

    hi. just this morning my fingerprint scanner ceased to work. the software is enabled and when i check the device manager, it is there without conflict. any suggestions? i have a sager 5791.

    Hi theorist. First of all I'd recommend simply reinstalling the drivers with the newest version. If that doesn't help then you might want to contact your tech support company.

    The newest driver is ver 2.9. The company I think is UPEK.
