    It feels like the bottom right part of the Chassis near the Express card is bent up a little. i can push that bottom right corner there down a good bit if i apply pressure.

    Or you've got a loose screw (no pun intended :D ) - I've noticed that notebooks have a tendency to drop screws after a while, and, at least in the case of my _Sony vaio, get left off by accident when in production (the first time I opened the vaio up, I found that there were four missing screws, and no loose screws rattling around in the innards).
