Anyone with 680M SLi having problems with this 337.88 WHQL?

I tried to install this driver a hundread times, I even formatted my notebook, did a clean install of Windows 8.1 Pro x64 and after I install the driver and restart, my notebook doesn't recognize the GPUs, I can't even open NVIDIA Control Panel, I tried using DDU too, didn't work.

    Thanks.
