7970M, different Enduro drivers, and Skyrim performance/stability

Has anybody had experience with trying different drivers in Skyrim with their Enduro 7970M? I'm going to be trying some different versions myself, but I'm curious to see if anyone has noticed better or worse performance with any specific Enduro drivers (with or without LeeKM's drivers and/or the Enduro performance fix).

Any tips at all on getting the most out of the 7970M on Enduro in a (heavily modded) Skyrim are welcome, driver-related or otherwise. I figure it can't hurt to ask.

 

Skyrim runs perfectly smooth on the 13.6beta2(and I am assuming it runs just as well on the newer drivers). This is on max settings.

Installing the unofficial hires texture pack doesn't seem to effect it much. However, once I installed a huge bevy of mods which which touched upon everything from lighting to weather to the foliage, I have started to notice a small stutter when i move the mouse. Moving around is smooth, only when I move the mouse is the stuttering noticeable. I will be trying to find out which mod is causing the problem but I havent touched the game in a while.

OFFTOPIC: Even after installing all these mods, I feel as if I am not getting a huge difference in graphics. I can barely notice the HD textures over the regular textures. While I notice water effects improvement and some extra fog on mountains and over water bodies, I have not been overwhelmed as many people claim to be. =(. Also, I installed some mods which improve NPC graphics. While the screenshots the modders have posted show a marked improvement, I am not getting that result. I know all this is offtopic..but if anyone can help me out, it wouldn't hurt =)

 

I have the same issue when I'm running a lot mods. I'd imagine the culprit is just one or two of them, though. I'm going to go through my list and try to disable the most obvious potential offenders (increased view distance ones, in particular).
