    Wow, that is incredibly thorough!

OP: You can gloss over the physical installation of that guide and refer to the MSI afterburner software. You can also check here for the driver + utility if need be: AMD Radeon

Refer to the drop down menu in the top right corner of that page to select your model and OS. :)

So I just did all of that, my Afterburner seems to be unlocked, but my slides do not slide and are kept at 0

You don't need to do that with the latest enduro drivers and windows 8. Simply start any d app to enable the 7970m and open msi afterburner. A good one is gpu-z pci-e lane checker (the question mark next to the pci-e lane information) just make sure gpuz is set to use the 7970m.

Start the game and then Alt+Tab to it - the Enduro is probably allocating resources to the CPU there. Also, I did not see your MSI afterburner software open there.

Wow, haha! Sorry, but that is kinda odd. I think they're still smoothing out the bugs with the Enduros drivers. You can try doing a clean install of the driver. I've also read other people had success when installing the standalone graphics driver using the Add New Hardware wizard, and then running the Catalyst utility over that (but this was a different circumstance where a .dll file was missing, not where the driver didn't work altogether).

    Good luck!

HWinfo gives you no data as well? Make sure you have removed all those registry entry changes by wiping all your drivers, installing the original clevo set and then put the enduro beta drivers over those.
